The Role
GoPro is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst who is passionate about workplace productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical abilities, strong technical aptitude, superior written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You are a self-starter, effective at problem-solving, able to think big (while paying careful attention to details), and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be the collaboration evangelist, working to drive various solutions for GoPro employees, as well as helping with vendor management and administering our enterprise collaboration solution stack. These solutions include but are not limited to Atlassian (Jira and Confluence Cloud), Dropbox, Slack, Lucidchart, Smartsheet and SharePoint Online. You will work closely with leads and management teams to drive enablement and adoption of these tools. You will capture employee feedback, usage metrics, requirements, and assist the IT team in designing, testing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our employees and increase productivity and improve collaboration. The pay range for this role is between $106,250 - $143,750. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
