The Production Coordinator will report into the Senior Producer and assist in original production planning. They have impeccable organizational and project management skills and have experience operating in a fast-paced creative environment.

What You Will Do

  • Monitors the programming & production calendars to ensure all information is updated and centralized
  • Consistently communicate cross functionally making sure all stakeholders are up to date on media status & timelines
  • Ensures quality and high level of craft in the final delivery of every project
  • Partners with Legal to ensure production clearances are accounted for & archived properly
  • Understand the latest social media platforms, KPI’s, trends and audience tendencies
  • Work closely with the Senior Producer on all internal video productions
  • Assists with production research and recommends the best locations, collaborators, athletes and cast members to build on and realize the creative vision in the field
  • Assists with Film Permit application process (when required for Productions)
  • Responsible for creating call sheets and itineraries to distribute to cast & crew
  • Handles travel arrangements for productions: booking flights, visas, lodging, car rentals, etc.
  • Work with editors and the localization team to ensure files are set-up for localization
  • Coordinate localization process of videos between internal teams and localization vendors
  • Tracks budget per production by entering data into tracking system and processing expense reporting.
  • Assist with accounting needs, which can include submitting invoices to AP and handling the team’s expense reports.

Skills We’re Excited About

  • 2+ years of production experience
  • Proven experience working with team/producer/production team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter and multi-tasker with proven success in a fast-paced production environment
  • A true creative problem-solver with the ability to assist the team through hurdles and last-minute changes in planning
  • Attention to detail to ensure that productions are up to quality
  • Experience coordinating logistics associated with productions (permits, travel arrangements, etc.)

The ranges added below are for Colorado-based hires only and will be dependent on candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ. Pay range: $30-$35 per hour.
