Location:
Remote USA. This role can be performed anywhere from the United States.
The Role
GoPro’s audio engineering team creates immersive audio experiences for our customers. On this team, you will develop audio algorithms that capture amazing content from formula drift racers to surfing mavericks to intimate acoustic guitar performances. You will develop algorithms to attack unique audio challenges. You will find and create new audio technologies for GoPro devices. You will develop the latest audio algorithms for GoPro cameras and accessories.
You will develop audio algorithms as you: define requirements, prototype concepts, determine feasibility and integration requirements, deploy and tune audio algorithms, capture various use cases in the field, and incorporate listening feedback.
You will coordinate with internal teams (product management, engineering, operations, program management) and external partners (suppliers and contract manufacturers) to ensure audio algorithms are deployed and awesome!

The pay range for this role is between $141,525 - $168,000. Actual pay within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including your residence location and prior work experience. Equity, benefits, and a discretionary bonus may be additional forms of compensation for this role and are not included in the provided pay range.
