Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Manila

The Role

GoPro is seeking a top tier candidate for the Sr. Business Systems Analyst role. The position will deploy business systems that are process embracing and aligned with key business competency requirements.  In addition the position will also ensure a high degree of service orientation to business systems staff through proactive measures resulting in the highest customer satisfaction ratings, company/business information that is secure from predatory or accidental loss or destruction, and leadership in managing Operations based Applications Project Portfolio. This is a great opportunity to partner with GoPro internal Operations to ensure business applications projects are aligned and prioritized against highest business needs.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Accounting, Sales, EComm, and Operations teams to implement operations process embracing Application solutions, including but not limited to automating aspects of Accounting, Sales, EComm, and Operations planning life cycle
• Keep IT and Business teams aligned with business objectives while maintaining high degree of morale with internal team
• Gather business requirements, provide solutions, and conduct customer training
• Actively manage production tickets, issue resolution, and business communication
• Partner with Internal and External Auditors to ensure compliance of NetSuite and related systems
• Streamline and standardization of information and technology environment to ensure cost effective use of resources and service reliability
• Develop methods to measure and improve customer satisfaction
• Improve the quality and delivery of new application services to increase the overall productivity and effectiveness of customers 
• Ensure customer training for all Application Services teams for adoption and best use of applications

Skills We’re Excited About

• NetSuite experience is a MUST
• 4-7 years as Business Systems Analyst, or Product Support Manager with ERP / SCM / Sales Ops Systems or equivalent
• Hands-on implementation or account administration experience in NetSuite
• BS in Information Technology, or Accountancy, or other related degree
• Proven ability to solve business problems and objectives through implementation of technological solutions
• Proven success in partnering with the business creating lasting positive IT relationships
• Strong track record of successful project delivery using NetSuite
• Experience in working for a company of similar business model or market Segment
• Committed to setting and meeting customer expectations with high degree of professionalism
• Ability to work cooperatively in team situations and share knowledge freely
• Welcome and Adapt to new challenges and change with enthusiasm
• Change Agent - capable of business transformation

• Understand NetSuite flow and scripts
• Experience with other software such as Blackline, Avalara, Adyen, Zuora, and Strongpoint
