Job Title: Project Manager, Integrated Marketing and Studio Operations

Location: Flexible (San Mateo, CA / Carlsbad, CA) -  This role requires proximity to an office location with flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days/week with manager approval.

We are looking for a project manager who is passionate about building brands and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns. This role will work across the Integrated Marketing and Studio (GoPro’s in-house creative team) to coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns and promotional calendars. You will also assist Studio program management to ensure creative teams are coordinated around product launches and major initiatives.

This position sits at the heart of the marketing and creative organizations and will play a critical role in developing and executing successful, global marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Play a key role in the execution of our promotional calendar by coordinating marketing teams and communicating plan details/changes.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to keep teams informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate between Studio, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Localization and Product teams to align on schedules, strategic priorities, product changes, interdependencies, etc.
  • Project manage a small number of creative projects (product naming and marketing copy decks).
  • Help monitor workload and capacity in Studio to ensure we are properly resourced to execute marketing plans.
  • Partner with the Studio Program Manager to help coordinate creative schedules and plan for contingencies.
  • Assist with operational efforts for Studio such as tracking vendor invoices and managing vendor onboarding.
  • Ensure feedback from stakeholders and senior leadership is communicated across the creative teams and the wider marketing organization.

Skills We’re Excited About

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, working in a cross functional role.
  • Background in managing integrated consumer campaigns across diverse media and channels.
  • Broad understanding of key marketing functions such as advertising, PR, social, CRM, community and retail.
  • Experience working with creative teams.
  • The ability to effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams.
  • An understanding of how to utilize research and data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
